Iron Oxide
Iron oxide red is applied in the following aspects: ① Glaze coloring: It can be blended to create various shades for overglaze, underglaze pigments, and colored glaze preparation. Its color stability is exceptional, resisting decomposition or fading even at high temperatures. ② Body stain formulation: In the production of ceramic wall and floor tiles, iron oxide red serves as a primary raw material in black body stain formulations. When combined with chromium green and other materials, it can produce black, yellow, coffee, and other tones, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing retro-style tiles. ③ Environmental and safety compliance: Iron oxide red is non-toxic and odorless, meeting safety requirements for food-contact ceramics. It is commonly used for coloring daily-use ceramics such as tableware and tea sets.
