Aluminium Balls are commonly used grinding media in crushing equipment such as ball mills and vibrating mills. Due to their high hardness, wear resistance, and chemical stability, they are widely applied in powder grinding processes across industries such as ceramics, electronic materials, coatings, chemical engineering, and mining. Aluminium Balls are categorized into high-Aluminium Balls and medium-Aluminium Balls. High-Aluminium Balls contain an alumina content ranging from 95% to 99%. They are characterized by higher hardness and superior wear resistance, making them suitable for grinding electronic ceramics, lithium battery materials, and fine chemical products. Medium-Aluminium Balls have an alumina content between 70% and 90%. They are known for their lower cost and suitability for grinding soft materials, such as coatings, dyes, and clay-based materials.
